Your Instructor

I hold a masters in Health Psychology. I am also a certified health coach and fitness instructor. I take a holistic, root cause approach to health. I love hiking, camping, hanging with my friends and family, animals of all kinds, nerding out on documentaries, books and podcasts, snowshoeing, chocolate, coffee, hard cider, snow....all things outdoors!!
