Fitness with Jess - Virtual Classes

This is a monthly membership program that allows you access to PiYo and Barre classes that can be done from ANYWHERE (home, in a hotel, outside...). The purpose is to have access to classes when you can't make it to the gym or studio or if you don't have access to classes like these in your home town!

You can expect two new classes to be loaded into the program once a month. The membership cost is less than most drop-in rates for ONE class!

PiYo and Barre are both classes designed to bring you results through workouts that challenge you, but don't beat your body up. Throughout the classes you will hear me offering modifications and guidance for specific movement. However, you can also expect to see tutorials in the form of short videos that will focus on specific exercises in class that I will offer help on in terms of form, modification and better explanation than I am able to give during the class itself.

I am excited to have you join my fitness community!

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to cancel?
You can stop or start your membership anytime!
What kind of equipment do I need?
These classes are designed to need little to no equipment. I would suggest investing in a yoga mat, some light weights 2-5 lb range and that's it! You should always have water with you but both classes are done barefoot or you can use barre sox for Barre (I wouldn't recommend them for PiYo).
